These are the best you'll find anywhere, so good in fact, that you can find them at our favorite restaurant, the SHED in Santa Fe. These delicious tortillas are hand made utilizing New Mexico Blue Corn, lime and water and with no additives, food coloring or preservatives. Gluten free.
Blue corn, originally cultivated by the Hopi has long been known for its health benefits, with a nuttier, earthier taste than traditional corn tortillas. They contain 20% more protein than their white corn counterparts with less starch and a lower glycemic index.
Leftovers freeze well. Perfect for Enchiladas (we recommend our Sauce made by The Shed) or Tacos. One order includes two packages of 12 Tortillas or Two Dozen tortillas.
