Made with slow-roasted Pork Shoulder which has been simmered in authentic New Mexico Red Chile Sauce, our Carne Adovada makes a great addition to Tacos, Burritos and Enchiladas. It's perfect for Tostadas Compuestas (tortilla cups filled with Carne Adovada and Pinto Beans and topped with chopped lettuce, diced tomato and grated cheese). No additives or preservatives.
