Blue corn, originally cultivated by the Hopi has long been known for its health benefits, with a nuttier, earthier taste than traditional corn tortillas. They contain 20% more protein than their white corn counterparts with less starch and a lower glycemic index.
Leftovers freeze well. Perfect for Enchiladas (we recommend our Sauce made by The Shed) or Tacos. One order includes two packages of 12 Tortillas.
